Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order. Please ensure that both the product and packaging are in their original condition and remember to include the bottom portion of the packing slip with your return.

Return Conditions: Items must be in NEW, sellable condition, with all tags attached and in the original box or packaging. We cannot accept returns of worn, damaged, washed, or altered items. Clearance/sale items, briefs, boxers, undershorts, and underpants are not returnable.
Shoes: Please contact us at info@craftports.us before returning any worn shoes, as they are not eligible for a full refund.
Rivs Collection: Items from the Rivs collection are non-returnable and non-refundable, as proceeds support a charitable cause.
Unauthorized Returns: Returns of Craft products not purchased directly from www.craftsports.us will not be processed. Unauthorized returns will incur return shipment costs, which will be the sender’s responsibility.
Processing Time: After shipping your return, please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.

Cold days were made for cycling with these high performance cycling tights. A wind and waterproof front and soft brushed inside keep you warm and cozy. Mesh bib keeps you dry while a C2 pad keeps you comfy for long challenging rides. Every detail has been considered and executed in a clean powerful design. So whatever the weather may bring, you will not be deterred in the SubZ bib tight.

- Our licensing agreement allows us to ship orders within USA only. All web orders are shipped from Fife, Washington. For any lost packages or items, or if you would like to obtain a proof of delivery, you can refer to the tracking number provided to you, or you may email us directly at Info@craftsports.us; please provide your original order number.
- Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on a weekend day/holiday, will be processed on the next business day. Please allow 48 hours for order processing after order placement. This is rare but can occur during peak shipping seasons. All tracking information is emailed 24 hours after the order is shipped.
