Return Conditions: Items must be in NEW, sellable condition, with all tags attached and in the original box or packaging. We cannot accept returns of worn, damaged, washed, or altered items. Clearance/sale items, briefs, boxers, undershorts, and underpants are not returnable.
Shoes: Please contact us at info@craftports.us before returning any worn shoes, as they are not eligible for a full refund.
Rivs Collection: Items from the Rivs collection are non-returnable and non-refundable, as proceeds support a charitable cause.
Unauthorized Returns: Returns of Craft products not purchased directly from www.craftsports.us will not be processed. Unauthorized returns will incur return shipment costs, which will be the sender’s responsibility.
Processing Time: After shipping your return, please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.

If you are trying to return a full price item (that is eligible for return) and the system is not cooperating, please reach out to info@craftsports.us with your order number, the item (s) to send back and the reason for the return and we will respond within 72 business hours to help process the return for you.

Product Details
The Craft Sportswear Men's Pro Trail Subz Jacket is ideal for a challenging outdoor run. Built to shield you from wind and water, this jacket also offers grid fleece backing for insulation. The protective ripstop polyester fabric covers the hood, front and back yoke. The back yoke provides ventilation, making it breathable for those strenuous workouts. For maximum comfort, the jacket includes elastic jersey on the sides and under sleeves. Keep your valuables safe in the zip pocket on the left chest or the two side pockets. Thumb grip at the sleeve endings keeps your sleeves in place.

- Our licensing agreement allows us to ship orders within USA only. All web orders are shipped from Fife, Washington. For any lost packages or items, or if you would like to obtain a proof of delivery, you can refer to the tracking number provided to you, or you may email us directly at Info@craftsports.us; please provide your original order number.
- Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on a weekend day/holiday, will be processed on the next business day. Please allow 48 hours for order processing after order placement. This is rare but can occur during peak shipping seasons. All tracking information is emailed 24 hours after the order is shipped.
